The Compass MethodologySM is NAFEP's proprietary methodology and approach for managing the entire life cycle of a Private Annuity Transaction (PATSM). The methodology is comprised of 6 phases:

  1. Prospect - Finding Clients
  2. Contact - Initial Contact with a client
  3. Engage - Qualifying and working throught the client's issues and concerns
  4. Sell/Close - Closing the deal
  5. Execute - Setup an dfunding of the PAT
  6. Maintain - Maintaining the health of the PAT

The Compass will insure that you cover all important and critical aspects of the PAT transaction with the least amount of effort. Each phase is designed to provide you all of the tools and information needed to properly manage the PAT transaction, from marketing, closing the deal with the client, to answering technical questions. Additionally, each phase contains proprietary, documents and materials that enable you to complete each step of the life cycle.
