WHO AND WHAT IS NAFEP?
NAFEP is in the business of providing the legal documents and structures required to support the financial planning, retirement planning and real estate community in meeting their clients’ estate planning needs.
NAFEP has a key competency of providing tax advantaged investment strategies and structures for financial planning, retirement planning, and real estate professionals.

The National Association of Financial and Estate Planning (NAFEP)
NAFEP is one of two sister companies that work together to bring complete, end to end service, support and one stop solutions solutions to clients and members. Both divisions are held by common ownership.
American Estate & Trust (AET)
AET operates as Trustee for Trusts and as IRA custodian. This provides NAFEP clients with Trustee services for our Trust related products as well as IRA custodian for our self directed IRAs.
- Approximately 99% of all IRA custodial services are for NAFEP ICOs which are primarily invested in real estate.
